PUBLISHED FEE

€300

per year, as published on the programme’s own page

Fee year / cohort
2026–2027
Applicant category
Standard registration fee quoted on the programme page

The programme page states roughly €300/year, which reads as the standard French registration rate; Campus France’s national table instead lists €3,950/year as the general non-EU Master’s rate at French public universities, and Lille’s own fee page confirms that rate applies unless an exemption is granted. Confirm which figure applies to your specific admission route before budgeting.

Tuition planning reserve

€300–€330 for the stated fee period

Current listed fee plus an optional 10% budgeting cushion. This is an Althéa planning allowance, not a forecast of university fees, an invoice or a scholarship-adjusted price. Use the fee period above; a semester fee is not an annual fee.

CVEC: €105 for 2026–27 unless exempt. Official CVEC amount & exemptions ↗

Recurring window

October–December (previous year) for Études en France; MonMaster and eCandidat windows run later

The programme page describes recurring platform-specific windows (Études en France in the autumn for non-EU applicants on that list; MonMaster and eCandidat later in the cycle for other applicants) rather than one fixed date — check the live portal for your own route.

Your application preparation plan

Prepare your documents 8–12 weeks before October–December (previous year) for Études en France; MonMaster and eCandidat windows run later. Aim to submit before the official closing date to allow time for corrections.

Althéa preparation recommendation; the university deadline above remains authoritative.

ACADEMIC PREPARATION

Know your application route.

Strong Bachelor’s-level background in computer science or mathematics; CEFR B2 English (TOEIC/TOEFL/Cambridge, a letter of motivation, or a professor’s recommendation). Selective: "only excellent track records in mathematics and computer science will be considered."

Prepare your application file.

  • Bachelor’s qualification, full transcripts and grading scale
  • CV and a programme-specific statement of purpose
  • English/other teaching-language evidence or an accepted exemption
  • Academic references and any programme-specific portfolio, research proposal or test
  • Passport details and a separate tuition, living-cost and visa-funding plan

This is a preparation checklist; the programme portal determines the required attachments.

Applicants resident in India should begin with Campus France India. The application route depends on the programme and institution; an admission offer does not automatically complete the pre-consular steps.

BEYOND TUITION

Living, funding and next steps.

LIVING & ACCOMMODATION

Plan beyond tuition.

€600–€800 / month

CROUS residence: about €350 / month outside Paris; about €450 / month in Paris

Campus France indicative living budget covering food, transport and housing; actual costs vary by city and accommodation.

Budget separately for tuition, CVEC where applicable, housing deposit, insurance, transport and arrival costs.

SCHOLARSHIPS & NEXT STEPS

Build your funding plan.

Eiffel Master’s awards include a €1,200 monthly allowance from January 2026 and specified support services. The 2027 national institution-nomination deadline is 6 January 2027; universities set earlier internal dates. The French institution nominates the student. Tuition coverage follows separate scheme/institution rules; funding is secured only after an award.

Official scholarship opportunities ↗

Prepare academic results, references and a strong motivation statement. Check award coverage, nationality eligibility, separate application dates and renewal conditions. Keep a self-funded budget until an award is confirmed.
