Recurring window

31 May (recurring annual deadline)

INSA Lyon’s published application forms set 31 May as the receipt deadline for both the 2024–25 and 2025–26 rounds; treat as a reliable annual pattern, not a confirmed 2027 date — email ibeng@insa-lyon.fr or check the current form before relying on it.

ACADEMIC PREPARATION

Know your application route.

A recognised secondary qualification with strong mathematics/physics preparation and an accepted English-level proof; apply via email with the official application form.

Prepare your application file.

  • School-leaving qualification, subject marks and transcripts
  • CV and a programme-specific statement of purpose
  • English/other teaching-language evidence or an accepted exemption
  • Academic references and any programme-specific portfolio, research proposal or test
  • Passport details and a separate tuition, living-cost and visa-funding plan

This is a preparation checklist; the programme portal determines the required attachments.

Applicants resident in India should begin with Campus France India. The application route depends on the programme and institution; an admission offer does not automatically complete the pre-consular steps.

SCHOLARSHIPS & NEXT STEPS

Build your funding plan.

Eiffel Master’s awards include a €1,200 monthly allowance from January 2026 and specified support services. The 2027 national institution-nomination deadline is 6 January 2027; universities set earlier internal dates. The French institution nominates the student. Tuition coverage follows separate scheme/institution rules; funding is secured only after an award.

Official scholarship opportunities ↗

Prepare academic results, references and a strong motivation statement. Check award coverage, nationality eligibility, separate application dates and renewal conditions. Keep a self-funded budget until an award is confirmed.
